Accessories and replacement parts may be fulfilled from Canada. Any applicable import duties or customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. If taxes are not charged at checkout, your order will be shipped from Canada.
For orders that include a BBQ unit, we will cover any applicable tariffs and duties, and your order will be processed tax-free.
Orders usually ship within 48 - 72 hours if all items in the order are available, please check the ‘estimated delivery time’ as posted on the product information page for individual items. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery.
Signature is required. Carrier will call to set up a delivery time. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1- 2 weeks from the time of order.
"Curbside" Delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
1. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
2. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
3. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery driver.
4. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt.
5. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
6. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
7. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of checkout.
BUSCHBECK USA delivers within the Continental United States only; standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Orders / deliveries to select remote locations will need to be placed through Customer Support where shipping rates will be provided prior to order confirmation/completion. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. Deliveries to rural/ remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued. In some cases, smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door.
Standard shipping is the default shipping method for most items over 120 lbs and includes delivery by a small parcel carrier.
Shipments that are over 100 lbs will be delivered to the curb, or more typically at the driveway. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery to set up an appointment and someone 18 years of age or older must be present to sign at time of delivery.
Please DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT BEFORE INSPECTION.
Please contact our Customer Support to inform them that you have refused delivery. However if you have already accepted the package, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a prompt return and reorder.
Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination.

Limited time offer. Free shipping is available on select products where indicated on the product information page. Only items marked with the Free Shipping qualify for the free shipping promotion. Items purchased online that do not qualify for free shipping are subject to standard shipping charges. All qualifying purchases will receive standard ground shipping and are subject to BUSCHBECK USA standard shipping restrictions. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number and the shipping carrier’s website will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email, if available. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed. If this is the case, please accept the package and follow our return policy or contact our Customer Service.
